I'm Lebogang Malefetse, a professional dancer and content creator from Johannesburg, South Africa. My journey started long before I ever stepped onto a stage or went viral online, it began in my living room, where I'd dance to any song that played, losing myself in the rhythm.
What started as pure passion soon became purpose. I began sharing my dance videos online, mixing movement with my love for fashion and storytelling. People connected, not just with my choreography, but with the energy, confidence, and style behind every move.
From performing at local shows to collaborating with brands and building a community of over a million followers, every step has taught me something new about expression, dedication, and growth.
The Turning Point
In July 2024, I competed in the Dance World Cup, one of the most prestigious dance competitions in the world, with over 51 countries participating. My group won 1st place in the Amateur Street Dance category, and I personally took home one gold medal and one silver medal. It was incredibly challenging yet incredibly rewarding, pushing me to new heights as a performer.
Today, my dream is bigger than ever. to represent South African dance on global stages, to star in a Netflix dance movie, and to keep inspiring others to move boldly and live authentically.
This is more than just my career, it's my rhythm, my art, my story.
